I now live in Katak, Odisha ( see my heritage building from top) and work at Ajay Binay Institute of Technology as a faculty member in the  Department of Mechanical Engineering. For last several years I have disseminated the fundamentals of manufacturing science to the budding engineers. My earlier experience as an entrepreneur gives me some insights to help local small enterprises in project engineering and design.

  I conduct training seminar & workshop on entrepreneurship, innovation and new product development. In 2009 I have promoted a small consulting organisation named Picco India which is actively involved in publishing, project engineering, contract research. We publish a quarterly technical journal titled Journal of Engineering Innovation and Research and a vernacular fortnightly tabloid Udyog Duniya in odiaa.

  In 2009 I have established an Entrepreneurship Development Cell at ABIT with the financial assistance from AICTE, NewDelhi.

  Among my other hobbies are heritage photography and philately. In my spare time, I read non-fictions and engage in abstract thinking. I have coined a name VRAHT (Voracious Reader and Habitual Thinker) for category of people like me.

• New Age Entrepreneurship: The conventional EDP failed to motivate young people to become true entrepreneurs. I am devising a new approach to improve the conversion ratio for above training programmes and workshops.

• Skill and Technology Up gradation of Artisans: The conventional skill and traditional technologies used by artisans through ages need to be upgraded so as to survive in new economy.

• X-Economy, Y-Generation People and Z-Corporations: These require new Architecture Framework and Enterprise Engineering.
